Maelstrom. Eye of the storm. Vortex. The police in Perkasie let Trumpers put up their signs at the library (and the Trumpers yelled at the librarians). The library’s lawyer and the County commissioners made them take the signs down. Northern Bucks is awash in Trump signs. Doylestown is all Harris signs. I am doing what I can for the Harris campaign. I got yelled and cussed at by someone while canvassing in a little trailer park that I used to visit for work. The lady was going to call the cops. But since she was harassing me, she apparently decided against it. Swing county. Swing state. And we’re all having a collective nervous breakdown. I read the Harris-Trump polls and I’m like, “Oh my effing God.” My Mom says, “I like the news better when I hear it from Jon Stewart.”
